Main features :
The envelope sizes and the speed of the machine are not altered by the use of our device. Unwinder equipped with a disk-brake and fixed next to the machine, keeping the access to the machine clear for an easy change of the silicone paper reel. The machine automatically stops at reel end. Silicone paper weight : from ± 30gr/sqm up to 120gr/sqm. Cutting by rotary knife in conjunction with a stationary knife. Cut-off length adjustable by changing one gear only. Paper strip width : min. 17 mm and max. 35 mm, adjustable 0.5 by 0.5 mm step. The cutting section can be easily lifted up by means of a pneumatic piston to provide quick and easy cleaning as well as easy adjustments.

Cut-off length infinitely adjustable by means of a speed variator. No need to change any gear. Minimum cutting length : 40 mm. Adjustment possible while running.
